Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all orders over $55

If you spend $55 or more we will ship your entire order for FREE to ANY SINGLE USA destination.

USA destinations apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Most orders are processed within two days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders within the United States are shipped by Priority Mail. Customers in the United States generally receive their orders in 5-8 business days.

International customers will be charged additional shipping and handling fees.  For international shipments we estimate shipping cost $6/lbs.  International shipments are shipped by Priority Mail.  Customers receive their orders within 8-10 business days.

Returns Policy

We are confident in the quality of our coffee, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with one of our products please call us at 1-888-452-5662 for return delivery instructions. You may return any portion (within 30 days of the date of purchase) for a full refund or replacement of equal value.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Green beans shipped outside of the United States require customs forms and fees.  Unless you have a FedEx account number to provide us with, customs fees will be charged to Hawaiian Queen Coffee.  These fees will result in an additional invoice and will require payment from you about 4 to 6 weeks after you have already received the product.  For this reason we will keep green coffee beans customers' credit card information on file.


We do not keep credit card information on file, except for shipment of green beans outside of the United States. (Please see note above.)
